About the program

First entrepreneurial experience

Mini Company is the entry-level JA Worldwide program designed for primary school students. Students form teams, choose a leader, develop a business idea, and create a product or service. At the end of the program, they present their work to a panel of experts.

The program is a pilot project in Montenegro for the 2025/2026 school year, giving primary school students access to internationally recognized entrepreneurship education for the first time.
