In February 2026, the 8th Regional Teacher Conference was successfully held, bringing together over 100 teachers from across the region. The conference was organized in cooperation with the JA Europe network and partner organizations.
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The eighth Regional Teacher Conference was held with the aim of exchanging experiences and best practices in entrepreneurship education. The conference brought together teachers, mentors, and representatives of educational institutions from Montenegro and the wider region.
KEY CONFERENCE TOPICS INCLUDED
• Innovations in entrepreneurship education
• Digital transformation in teaching
• Developing entrepreneurial competencies in young people
• The role of mentors in student company programs
• Best practices from JA programs in the region
CONFERENCE PROGRAM
The conference lasted two days and included:
• A plenary session with invited speakers
• Panel discussions on challenges and opportunities in education
• Workshops for practical application of knowledge
• A networking session for teachers and mentors
• Presentations of successful student companies
RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS
Conference participants highlighted the importance of:
• Continuous teacher education
• Exchange of experiences between countries in the region
• Integration of entrepreneurship education into the formal education system
• Supporting students in developing business ideas
The conference concluded with joint conclusions and an action plan for the coming period, which includes more intensive cooperation between JA organizations in the region.
