In addition to the national startup, student company, and mini company competitions, GEN-E Montenegro 2026 was marked by numerous educational, inspirational, and interactive activities organized at the University of Donja Gorica (UDG) and in Cetinje.
One of the festival’s central events was the traditional “Professor’s Lecture at the Summer Stage”, during which participants had the opportunity to hear Prof. Dr. Veselin Vukotić deliver a lecture entitled “Cosmos: Within Us, Around Us, Above Us – A Pre-Lecture, Drama in Five Acts”, organized as part of the research initiative “Plough Deeper, Expand the Furrows”.

• Treasure Hunt activities in Cetinje and along the Boulevard of Knowledge
• The 16th International Entrepreneurship Ideas Exchange
• Masterclass sessions with regional experts in startups, construction, tourism, hospitality, culture, and media
A particularly significant event was the 16th International Entrepreneurship Ideas Exchange, where several of the awarded ideas came from student and startup companies participating in the JA Montenegro programs. On that occasion, teams received substantial financial support to further develop their companies and business ideas.
The festival concluded with the UDG Business Party, where participants reflected on their experiences and celebrated the successful realization of another GEN-E festival.
