Junior Achievement Montenegro team took part in a three-day staff exchange with JA Cyprus in Cyprus. The exchange provided an opportunity to explore best practices, share experiences and ideas, and further strengthen cooperation between the two organisations.
During their stay in Cyprus, the teams discussed the programmes and activities they implement in their respective countries, their approaches to working with young people, and opportunities for developing future joint initiatives.

PARTNER VISITS AND EXCHANGE OF EXPERIENCES
As part of the programme, the teams visited EU SKIN and PwC Cyprus in Nicosia, providing an opportunity to learn more about their work and activities.
During the visit to PwC Cyprus, the JA Montenegro team also had the opportunity to meet the Cypriot team that won third place at this year’s GEN-E competition. The young entrepreneurs shared the story behind the development of their business idea, their experience in the programme, and their journey to success on the European stage.

NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE FROM MONTENEGRO AND CYPRUS
In addition to exchanging experiences, an important part of the three-day programme was dedicated to exploring new opportunities for cooperation. During joint working sessions, JA Montenegro and JA Cyprus began developing a joint project application focused on cultural heritage, with the aim of creating opportunities for young people from Montenegro and Cyprus to connect and collaborate.
The proposed project would bring together students from both countries through joint activities that would allow them to explore their cultural heritage, learn from one another, and discover the similarities and differences that connect the two communities. In this way, the project would contribute to intercultural learning, stronger connections among young people, and new opportunities for international cooperation.
The three-day exchange further strengthened the partnership between JA Montenegro and JA Cyprus and opened new opportunities for the development of joint activities in the future.
We would like to thank JA Cyprus for their warm hospitality, openness and valuable exchange of experiences, as well as JA Europe for supporting connections and collaboration across the European Junior Achievement network.
