Montenegro Proudly Represented at GEN-E Europe 2026

Junior Achievement Montenegro (JA Montenegro), a member of Junior Achievement Worldwide, the world’s largest organization dedicated to entrepreneurship education, is proud to share the results of the Montenegrin teams who represented the country at GEN-E Europe 2026 – Europe’s largest entrepreneurship festival for young people, held in Riga, Latvia.

For our students, university teams, teacher mentors and partners, taking part in this prestigious event marked the culmination of a year of hard work, and once again confirmed the growing quality of entrepreneurship education in Montenegro.

EXHIBITION, JUDGING, WORKSHOPS AND NETWORKING
During their stay in Riga, the Montenegrin representatives showcased their business ideas at the international exhibition of student and startup companies, presenting their ventures to a panel of expert judges.

The programme also included workshops, panel discussions and networking events, giving our teams the chance to connect with young entrepreneurs, mentors, investors and business leaders from across Europe.

Beyond the competition itself, GEN-E Europe offered a unique platform to promote their ideas internationally, exchange experiences with peers from other countries, and pick up new knowledge to bring back home.

PROUDLY REPRESENTING MONTENEGRO
Presenting alongside some of Europe’s most promising young entrepreneurs, the Montenegrin teams represented their schools, the University of Donja Gorica, and Montenegro with confidence and professionalism, showing the innovation, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit that defines this generation.

This achievement reflects months of dedicated work by the students themselves, the continuous support of their teachers and mentors, and the strong collaboration between educational institutions and Junior Achievement in Montenegro.
