JA Europe Leadership Summit

The JA Europe Leadership Summit is a strategic annual gathering of the Junior Achievement Europe network, bringing together leaders of national organizations, representatives of institutions, international organizations, the education system and the business sector from across Europe. This event is one of the most important platforms for strategic planning and development of entrepreneurship education programs within the European JA network.

During the summit, working sessions, panel discussions and strategic workshops are organized dedicated to innovations in education, organizational development, financial sustainability and strengthening international cooperation. The event provides participants with the opportunity to share experiences, present new initiatives and identify opportunities for joint projects and partnerships.

The summit brings together over a hundred participants from a large number of European countries, contributing to strengthening cooperation between organizations, institutions and the business sector in the field of entrepreneurship education and youth development.

This prestigious event was held in Montenegro for the first time in 2025, bringing together more than 150 participants from over 40 countries across Europe and the world, directly connected with the activities, vision and mission of the Junior Achievement network.
