The Montenegro Talent Hunt is a program and competition aimed at university students with the goal of recognizing and developing young talents through solving real business challenges. The event brings together students from various faculties who work in teams on case studies created by companies from the private sector.
During the competition, participants develop solutions for specific business problems with the support of mentors from companies, giving them the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in practice and develop analytical, presentation and teamwork skills. The final phase of the competition includes the presentation of solutions before an expert jury and representatives of the business community.
Beyond the competitive aspect, the program represents an important platform for connecting young people with companies and opening opportunities for internships, employment and further professional development. In this way, the Talent Hunt contributes to strengthening the link between education and the labor market in Montenegro.
