Women and Girls in STEM Forum
Empowering Girls in Science & Technology
Montenegro represented for the first time in 2025 β national winners competed in Brussels.
The Women and Girls in STEM Forum is a European event dedicated to empowering girls and young women in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). The forum brings together female students, researchers, educators, companies and institutions working to promote gender equality in STEM sectors. The Forum takes place every year in October in one of Europe's capitals.
During the event, participants have the opportunity to take part in inspiring lectures, workshops, panel discussions and interactive sessions with experts from the academic community and industry. The program is focused on skill development, learning about career opportunities in STEM fields and building the confidence of young women in technological and innovative sectors.
The forum represents a platform for the exchange of experiences and inspiration for a new generation of girls to develop careers in fields that are key to the future development of the digital economy and knowledge-based society.
Montenegro had representatives at the Women and Girls in STEM Forum for the first time in 2025. The Forum was held in Brussels, and a team of female students who successfully completed the Girls Go STEM education and won the STEM challenge were selected as national winners.
